Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, or any official holidays).

To ensure the products meet your expectations, you can inspect and try your order carefully while the courier is present.

Important note: Orders cannot be partially accepted or returned. The order must be accepted or returned in full. Requesting different sizes/models to try is not allowed.

If the order is returned upon the customer's request while the courier is present, the customer must pay the shipping fees. In case of a manufacturing defect, shipping fees will not be charged.

Once the courier has left, returns or exchanges are no longer allowed.
